Notes: Melatonin is often recommended for sleep difficulties – reason-being that it works! While it does improve sleep quality, while helping you fall asleep and stay asleep, keep in mind – it is a hormone naturally produced by the body. As such, try not to use it for longer than 2 weeks, as it could impact your body’s natural production of the hormone.

How to take:
